Is the module a one-time purchase?

Yes. The Odoo App Store module is a one-time purchase per Odoo version. There's no recurring license fee. Implementation and support packages are also one-time.

Can I start with Module Only and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Many customers buy the module first, explore it on their own, and then purchase a Quickstart or Professional implementation package when they're ready to go live.

What Odoo versions are supported?

AktivCPQ is available for Odoo 18.0 and 19.0 on the Odoo App Store. We continuously update for the latest Odoo releases.

Do I need the eCommerce module?

Only if you want customers to configure products on your Odoo website. If your sales team handles all quoting internally, the Base CPQ module is all you need.

How long does implementation take?

Quickstart and Bundle take about 1–2 weeks. Professional is typically 4–6 weeks. Enterprise with eCommerce is 8–12 weeks depending on complexity.

What if I need custom features?
